Of course, you could go straight to the embedded URL if you wanted, or you could use the more fully featured PDF reader that they have (with search and everything).

At any rate, I'm sure these tools will come in handy, thanks Google. I think I'll go post the office phone list right now.

UPDATE:
Google has started officially supporting this feature. They even have a page where you can paste the link to your PDF and it will generate a link for you.
